Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

As we are all carefully watching the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolve, The Pet Vault team want to reassure our customers that we are taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our staff, customers and the continuity of business.

We would like to highlight that Public Health England has advised there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new coronavirus from handling post or freight from specified areas. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.

We take the wellbeing of our staff and customers very seriously. In line with guidance from Public Health England, we are implementing strict hygiene and safety precautions in handling of products and order processing. All of our staff are in good health and our products are handled with additional safety precautions such as gloves.

We are in continual contact with all of our suppliers and have not received any indication of supply issues which may otherwise affect our supplies of stock or customers at this stage.

 We understand that the rapidly evolving situation is causing uncertainty and we are encouraging all of our customers to put their health and well-being first so that we can continue to operate effectively and help prevent the spread of this disease.

During these unprecedented recent events, The Pet Vault would like to wish all our customers and their families the best of health and extend our deepest thanks for your continued support of ourselves and other small businesses during these difficult times.

Update 9/4/20:

** Please note due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, we are aware of some delivery companies and couriers being slightly delayed, this means delivery times may take longer than estimated** 

We are still taking and dispatching orders as normal at The Pet Vault HQ.
